Not everyone needs to be a software programmer (also known as a "coder") but everyone does need to be able to think in a logical, problem solving way in order to be successful. There is no better way to learn something new than by making it fun.
Building a game that you can play is exactly that...fun.
That is how I built this course.
Most teachers who have been asked to teach coding in our kindergarten through 12th grade and home schooling education systems have not built software or managed software teams, I have.
Most teachers have not taught college aged students who went on to be software developers for major corporations or their own startup companies, I have.
Learning to program software creates opportunities.
It helps you think logically and solve problems.
Every class your child takes...
every internship they acquire...
every job they will hold....
will require them to solve problems.
Learn these skills while making a video game.
Build confidence and learn about coding! On
